Our front yard is a disaster!

We are trying to put up a retaining wall in our front yard and have some nice flat lawn with sprinklers and nice landscaping. But, it is taking a long time to get done. We keep running into issues with the city and code compliance and we get a different story every time we talk to them. Maybe it will be done before Christmas! Wish us luck!!!

Easter 2009!

Easter this year was a lot of fun. The weather was iffy but turned out great for our egg hunt at Grandma and Grandpa's house. We had friends and family in from out of town and had a great visit with them as well.

Spring Break Fun!

We kept very busy this spring break! We went to Seattle one weekend and the Beach the next weekend. Some of the activities we were involved in during the week were an Omsi trip with some friends, daycare kids for a couple days, play dates, sleepovers, the missionaries for dinner, an ER trip with Catherine, and we celebrated Andrey's Birthday! Very busy week! I don't know why they call it a break. It sure didn't feel like a break to me! But lots of fun and good memories.

Hanna's 3rd Grade Musical and PE Showcase Pics!

Hanna was very busy the week before Spring Break. She had her music program at school on Tuesday and then her PE Showcase on Thursday. She did a great job at both events and we are very proud of her! I am blessed with wonderful and talented children!

Eva's Solo for Danceteam!

Eva had her last Danceteam Performance last night. She had a small solo part. She did great and we are very proud of her! Go Eva!!!

Colton James is here!

Catherine had her baby yesterday! Her water broke at five in the morning and Colton was born a little after four in the afternoon. Seven pounds ten ounces, and twenty and a quarter inches long. He has a lot of brown hair and Catherines ears. So cute! Mom and Baby are doing great!

Hanna's Birthday!

Hanna was very lucky this year for her Birthday! She had a big family-friend Party at Grandpa and Grandma's house the weekend before her Birthday. Her Lola and Auntie June flew up from CA for that weekend. Then she got to take cookies to her class at school on her Birthday. She also got to have a big friend Party at home the friday after her Birthday. And her Uncle JR, Aunt Keyna, Uncle Erik, Aunt Trisha, and her Cousins EJ, Elise, and Erianna all drove up from CA for the party and to visit for the weekend. Now I think that we need a couple weeks to recover.
