Holiday Fun!!!

Erik, Trisha, EJ, Elise, and Jerome (Trisha's Cousin) came to visit us over the Fourth of July Holiday week. Also known as AJ and Aspen's Birthday week. We did a lot of fun things and enjoyed all the Partys and get togethers. We especially enjoyed getting to know the kids better.

Danceworks Recital!

Eva and Hanna did an excellent job performing the routine that they have been praciticing for the last eight months with the rest of thier class. They all work really hard and had a great time. It really showed when they danced that they were having a great time. The girls love dancing so much that I have signed them up for classes again next year.

Field Day @BBC!!!

I helped out this year at Field Day for the kids school. It was tons of fun! The day started out rainy, so I thought we would all be soked and misserable. But the rain stopped just in time for the fun to begin. The ground was super slippery though, so the kids were slipping and sliding all over the place. They didn't seem to mind to much.

Danceworks Student Appreciation Day!

We had a lot of fun at the Danceworks Student Appreciation Day. The kids got thier faces painted and they got to jump in the big bounce house castle. AJ did not want his face painted but he really enjoyed all the free snacks and lemonade.

Boxcar Children @ The Keller Auditorium

We went to see the Boxcar children downtown Portland on Saturday. It was so much fun. They had a model train set up in the lobby of the auditorium and they wanted you to try and find the Boxcar Chidren.

We found them! AJ loves the trains. He didn't want to leave.

Here are the kids on top of the fountain in front of the Keller Auditorium. It was a very warm day and there were tons of kids playing in the water. My kids were good and didn't get too wet.

Our trip to Seaside and Cannon Beach with June!

We had such a great time at the beach on Wednesday and Thursday! We had Beautiful weather. I couldn't believe our luck. It was almost like summer. We were only there for about 24 hours but we sure got to do a lot of fun activities in that short amount of time. It was a trip we will always remember.
